Church of God in Canada
The World Mission Society Church of God was founded in 1964 in South Korea, according to Bible prophecies. The first three overseas churches were established in 1997 and in 2003 the gospel of the new covenant spread to Toronto. In the following decade, the World Mission Society Church of God has spread from coast to coast in Canada, with locations in Vancouver and Victoria in B.C; Edmonton and Calgary in Alberta; Winnipeg in Manitoba; Saskatoon in Saskatchewan; Kitchener, Toronto, Hamilton and Ottawa in Ontario; Montreal in Quebec; and Halifax in Nova Scotia.

Under God’s blessing, the Church of God has grown to about 7,500 branches worldwide, with more than 3.5 million members in 175 countries. There are more than 3.3million members who are part of the global family who believe in God the Father and God the Mother and the promise of the new covenant, which was established by Jesus Christ and restored by Christ Ahnsahnghong.
Church of God members are passionate about serving their communities with God’s love, with countless blood drives, cleanup campaigns and food drives and other volunteer services completed over the years. They also wholeheartedly study and teach the Bible. Curious about the meaning of a parable or prophecy? Want to know what day God asked us to come together for weekly worship? Ever wonder why Jesus kept the Passover but other churches celebrate communion or Eucharist? Do you want to know who the Spirit and the Bride are in the very last chapter of the Bible? Visit the Church of God to find the answers you’ve been seeking.
